Trouble Finding Bridesmaid Dresses...

Hi Girls,

 

I am having trouble finding bridesmaid dresses. I don't want the "typical" bm dress. I have not found any from bm designer/retailers that are under $150. I just want something fun and something that they will wear again. Is anyone else having troubles, or does anyone have any suggestions??

I am in the same boat. Havent been able to find much online. Thought stores like Ann Taylor and J Crew would be a good route, but they are all over $200.

My sister and I are going BM dress shopping tomorrow for the first time.
House of Brides has a decent sale going on. I spotted quite a few Alfred Angelo and Affairs BM dresses on sale under 150. I'll report back if I spot anything good.

We just started looking, but we found a few that we really liked (under $150) at Nordstroms. Some locations have a separate department called "the wedding shop", but if you don't have one near by than you can always shop online...

Check out Priscilla of Boston. I wore an adorable dress from there as the MOH in my friend's wedding and have worn it several times since. I also ended up buying my wedding gown from there and discovered that quite a few of their dresses are under $200.

I had this exact same issue!!! I actually found my girls dresses at BCBG FinalCut, which is there outlet, we bought them for $38.00 and originally $298.00!! It was a great buy. they are GREAT, so soft and comfortable and EVERY girl said they will wear them again!! BCBG FinalCut is a fairly new outlet but they have LOTS of choices plus different styles in the same color option for variety!! I couldn't be happier!! Even if you do not find your dresses here, they have great clothing options for VERY CHEAP, which makes for great vacation clothes!!! Good Luck and hope this helps!!!!

oh wow...i love those pricilla of boston dresses. wish i had known about them when picking out BM dresses.

 

i gave my girls a colour (black) and told them to pick their own. so far everyone picked out nice stuff...in a style they could wear again and that flatters their body type. so i'm happy and they're happy.
