BDW Biggest Loser ~ Season 9!

I went camping for July 1. We left on Wednesday I got half way to the campground when it hit me. I did not weigh myself or did I take my pictures. Grrrrrrrr.

Congratulations Jenny! You did an incredible job!

 

I'm happy with what I lost. I actually think that if I kept going towards my goal weight, it would be too much, so I think I am just going to maintain where I am and maybe just work on toning only.

OMG Thanks ladies! We all did such an awesome job and we certainly did not do it alone!

This was my first time ever participating in BDW Biggest Loser and what a great experience it was! It is awesome to be held accountable for the choices we make each day... I have never stuck with any "diets" or exercise programs in the past so when I started all of this, I told myself that whatever I do, it has to be easily incorporated into my day and into my way of life. Exercise was the key. I still have a long way to go with my new healthy lifestyle...but I am really proud of my progress this far... I started this journey around Christmas time and have lost approximately 47 lbs since then...(with about 25 lbs loss during this BL season) I know that my "secret weapon" (when people ask me) is to remember to keep moving no matter what!

 

Thanks again everyone for your support! ..and count me in for BL Season 10!
