Hey ladies.... I hope you all had a nice long weekend and enjoyed your turkey (and/or other goodies)! I'm all motivated so I have already started to cut out the processed carbs this week (i.e. white bread, sugar, pasta, white rice). I hope you are all pumped to get going next week! =)

Totally pumped! Enjoyed my weekend of not paying attention to food *oops* and since we don't have fam out here, we didn't do a traditional dinner, but we DID have pizza and Chipolte

I would LOVE to be a part of Season 9!! I was too late to join Season 8 but I followed the thread anyways each week....Its so encouraging to hear of everyones weight loss success! So inspiring!!

 

Ive been doing pretty good on my own, (lost 20 lbs since xmas) but still have a LOT of work to do!!

 

Very excited for this season to start!! What a great idea for support & motivation!!!

I have to go back and read the rules and I've been meaning to - but I've been swamped this week and then it's my Birthday weekend so I'll be gone!! BUT..we start on the 16th right?

Do I just need to send a pic of myself and the scale?
