I suggest you wear the same outfit for both the initial weigh in and the final weigh in so you can see the difference! Are far as what the outfit is, its whatever you are comfortable in as long as Renee can see what you general shape is (i.e. no baggy clothes works best!)

 

I'm getting psyched up for this season, since I'm getting married myself just before the end of the competition, and I'm running my first 10K race at the end of May... so I need to be working out lots!

Cool NSbride! I am doing my first 'formal' run in the middle of May, and your wedding is a week before mine! I am not looking forward to the run to be honest with you. It's 7.4 miles, and I can barely run 3 now......... Looking forward to the motivation!!!!

I agree! And don't worry, I need to lose a few before my wedding too, so definitely no judgments here. Also, I will not be sharing the photos with anyone. I'm going to take a before picture also and put it on my fridge for motivation, lol.

yeah LeAnne, you rocked You were one of the omly ones that was on a steady downward slope I think! I'm doing the same thing Renee, right after Easter weekend... hahaha

Count me in I don't have alot to loose but need the motivation to loose those 10-15 lbs before I get my dress fitted this summer!

Alright NSbride- I did 4 miles today and was totally surprised. I didn't think I could do it!! FI came up with a plan for me to get up to the 7+....it just sounds like so far!
