Flip Flop Question...a little silly

I was wondering how everyone figured out what sizes to buy their flip flops for their guests in. I wanted to order a few from OldNavy since I have a coupon and they are on sale right now.

I think I remember reading that 7.5 is the average shoe size for US, but I knew my bridal parties shoe sizes so was able to buy from that. I would just buy a variety of sizes, but don't forget the ones with small feet too!

No I don't, but google might. I tried to google womens to see a definitive answer, but couldn't find one for woman. I think there was a website dedicated to mens average shoe size.

I bought a variety & a few extras to take so if I got the wrong size they can swap them out : )

Thanks Carly I am gonna google away, I know I shouldn't be buying stuff so early for the wedding but I can't help it. I have been finding some really great deals and can't help but take advantage now.

On my RSVP cards, I asked for flip flop sizes for my guests. Too bad I don't know who all is coming yet or I'd get some if they are on sale this week!! Old Navy is the way to go, 2 for $5 is CHEAP!! I've read on here that they some times have $1 sales but I don't know when that happens.

 

Could you ask your friends for sizes by FB or twitter? maybe have a parent get in touch with relatives that don't use social networking?

I kind of did the same thing & just asked. Since I was always emailing my guests about wedding related things, I just sent out a mass email asking everyone their size in flip flops & t-shirts. Then I made a spreadsheet & compiled the info. It all worked out just fine & everyone answered promptly.
