There were a few problems with this resort:

 

Cold pool AND whirlpools (only one was reasonably warm). I know it was March, but Atlantis always has warm water (which we visited on this trip), so why not Sandals?

Bad waitress at Kimono's (no chopsticks for us, no menus, VERY late soup, desserts given to wrong people).

Bad service at casanova (took way too long just to get food (30+ min)).

Noise outside room due to wind hitting window at specific angle (this was extremely annoying as it was windy most of the trip).

Rattling AC vent in room (had 2 of 6 screws holding it in place).

Everything should be all inclusive, but snacks in room weren't free (they were in Jamaica).

Need more separation between off-resort merchants and the resort itself (annoying peddlers).

 

It was, however, a very clean and friendly resort. It had a number of good activities to do and the tour desk had a multitude of packages to select from. The best part of the trip was the Sandals Select Dinner that had the best lobster my wife and I have ever had. Perhaps we were just unlucky on the rest of the items listed above, but I can see how many people would enjoy the resort.
