Royal Playa Del Carmen Vendor and Cake Questions! Help!!!

My wedding is set for july 14th at royal playa del carmen

I am having an awful time with w.c michigan ofc.

I purchased the luxury wedding package and thought destination weddings were supposed to be laid back and easy. lol.

anyone have the pics and info on the cakes that come with this package

if so, my email is [email protected] as I would love to check this out to choose one. I can't get a response from the w.c. sigh.

also I would like to book the dj that the hotel uses but directly through him to avoid the inflated cost. I've seen some brides mention doing this. anyone done this successfully and have any issues with the hotel trying to recoup a vendor fee?

Also, does anyone know of a florist to use in the area for wedding party flowers? is there a vendor fee for this too? I am having issues finding one when I try to google a florist company in mexico.

Since I am doing a symbolic ceremony (scared of an out of country blood test) will do civil ceremony soon here in states, can I bring someone to marry us? seems silly to fork out 400.00 for a symbolic ceremony for a minister.

Hi keaddy. Check out the Royal, PDC thread...it is full of a lot of answers to your questions.

Unfortunately, you can no longer book directly through the DJ (DJ Doremixx). At the endo of 2009, the Royal changed it's rules so that is no longer an option.

I do think that you would have to pay a vendor fee to bring an outside florist in but if you have a friend or family member that you want to conduct your ceremony, that shouldn't be a problem.
