Hi there & Welcome! I'm a Nov 2010 Playacar Palace Bride... and we also considered the Dreams RC. We chose PP because it's walking distance to 5th Avenue / Playa Del Carmen - the location cannot be beat.... we're thrilled with our choice. As well, the resort is only 208 rooms, so more intimate - which means we will have more time WITH our family and friends rather than spread out at several pools at a huge resort.
