So true, not many people realize that when you breakdwon the factors that dirctly impact your weight/physique it comes out to 80% diet, 10% gym and 10% genes. Granted I still see the inside of a gym 5 days a week for weight training, but this is secondary to my diet. Kudos to you and all your effort!

Its good to finally see some correct diet information on here for once.

You can cardio and left weights all day long..but until you change your eating habits you will never see lasting results...period.

(and thats coming from a trainer and group fitness instructor)
