Getting screwed in Mexico - Attorney General? Lawyer?

Recommended Posts

No we are not talking about the wedding night... we need a lawyer or gov official to help us.

Does anyone know if there is a consumer protection or a attorney general in Cancun or Riviera Maya area to help with a hotel that is ripping us off?

Can anyone suggest a lawyer also?

Thanks!!

I'm so sorry! I always worry about this b/c I figure that the contracts we sign must have limited legal validity...I think that a lot of us just go on recommendations from other brides and hope for the best. Do you have a travel agent with experience in the area that can advise you?
