Help! Groom still looking for a hat

Hey ladies!

 

DH is bald and so is looking for a hat to protect his head for the wedding day (and also prevent shinny / sweaty head photos). The thing is, he has quite the small head, especially since he has no hair. Hats that fit me are too large on him, and most size small men's hats (and even women's, we tried!) are too big. We've tried lot of stores but I'm running out of ideas...

 

Any suggestions for hats in the greater Vancouver BC area that we could go and try on?
