Hi ladies,

So my fiance picked out a gorgeous engagement ring (I *sort* of picked it but I didn't realize that it was for my engagement ring). It is asymmetrical, gorgeous, with a single diamond in the middle and sapphires on the sides but of course neither of us considered that it would have to go with a wedding band.

I have no idea how to find a ring that would go with mine. So I can try to get one custom made (which is probably expensive), wear it on my right hand and get a regular wedding band to wear on my left, or just not wear it...

Any ideas or suggestions would help tremendously. I love this ring but I also don't want to stress about the wedding band matching it.

(Wow, attaching a picture is quite difficult here!)

Really? That's a relief. Anything wedding related seems to have a rather large price tag associated with it :)

Did you guys go to a department store? I have Tiffany's and all the high end stores by my house but I'm scared to go there. Did you look for stores that did only jewelry?

I too had a custom wedding band (alternating princess and rounds) and it was not that expensive! You just have to find a reputable jerler in your area to cast the wax mold for you and see if you like it! It helped because my FI got my engagement ring custom from him too

Love your ring! I have the samy kind of bend in my ring and I what I am going to do is I found a ring that my ring can sit inside so there is almost two bands on either side from Ben Bridge Jewelers. ( Diamond insert ring 14K*::*Wedding Bands and Commitment Rings*::*Diamonds*::*Ben Bridge Jeweler) It spreads out a bit to fit your ring. This one looks like it was made for my ring! Once the ceremony is over I will get them sodered together. I am also going to get a thicker wedding band so I can wear it anytime I don't want to wear my fancy ring and we will also include that band in our exchange of rings so it is really an official wedding band.
