Calling All Feb 2011 Brides

Hi all! Im getting married Feb 26th at Now Sapphire Riviera. So far have my dress, bridesmaids and a photographer. Invites will go out hopefully in Oct also!! So hard to plan not knowing the exact amount of people going yet!

When are you guys having your bridal shower? We are thinking November so it's before the holidays but that's so early!

My mother and sister are throwing it for me in november, It is early but like you said with the holidays and stuff makes it easier..

We are having ours in early November, too. I agree with trying to stay away from the holiday season. I can't believe how fast this fall is going! Feb will be here before we know it!

My Aunt is doing my shower Thanksgiving Weekend because all my cousin will be in town.

Hi Ladies, how is everyone's to-do list? I feel like I go weeks without doing anything and then I'll just spend one day knocking out a bunch of stuff.

 

I have:

- Ordered gown

- Ordered BM gown

- Booked videographer

- Booked florist (well sorta, I haven't given a deposit but I keep asking to)

- Booked photographer

- Booked DJ

- Booked flight and hotel

- Sent out invites

- Picked out and purchased my shoes and earrings

 

What's left to do??

 

I'm working on music over the next few weeks.

 

so excited!! just looked at my calendar and we have 4 months to go! it's gonna fly with the holidays!!

Oh wow, good job.  I feel like I've been slacking and need to step it up.  So far, I have:

 

-bought dress

-booked photographer

-booked DJ

-ordered invitations

-got 90% of guests booked

 

Still need to:

 

-find clothing for groom

-find clothing for groomsmen and bridesmaids

-send invitations

-buy wedding favors and OOT bag items

-buy decorations

I think I am on track but sometime I feel really far behind

so far I have

-bought dress (still needs altered)

-booked resort and trip

-sent out invites

-started planning with my WC

-booked and put a deposit on my photographer

-purchased groomsmen shirts

 

still to do

-grooms clothes

-accessories

-Bridemaid dresses (going on Saturday)

-get more people booked

-buy and assemble OOT bags

and some other DIY projects I have in mind
