Ladies, thank you so much for all the nice comments on my flower!   I just posted it in the DIY forum, but if any of you are interested in trying to make one, I used the tutorial here -- http://www.simplyvintagegirl.com/blog/index.php/2010/05/29/tutorial-how-to-make-lovely-fabric-flowers  It was REALLY easy to make and only took me like 45 min to do (the perfect thing to do while watching tv!)

Laura thanks for posting the tutorial, I will check it out later and consider attempting it myself since I haven't found any flowers that I like.

mocha - no problem! you should definitely give it a shot because it was really easy. just make sure you're using a fabric that will melt... and be careful not to burn yourself! LOL i almost burned my fingers a few times oops!

Congrats Meggers on the BD shoot!  That's awesome!  Can't wait to see!  I've decided that I am going to wait and do it for our 1 yr anniversary.
