Thats my big issue Laura, I dont want there to be a big gap between the ceremony and dinner! I guess they could go back to their room, freshen up and then go grab a few drinks at the bar or something????

yeah, i'm thinking that's all we can really have them do.  we have decided to do a champagne toast and do the cake right away after the ceremony (still need to confirm with WC) to fill the void but after that ??? lol

 

speaking of WC, i haven't heard from her in terms of finalizing things or telling me when she needs our paperwork and such.  do you guys think i should just email her myself??

Heres is what Im trying to do (at least this is the latest thought for now)

 

I have 3 hours booked for photos

If I could do like an hour before the ceremony

Then have the ceremony which is like 15 min.

Meet back up with the photographer to do photos with guest for about 30 min.

Send them back to the resort to enjoy their 30 min. cocktail (without us I wanted hors d'oeuvres lol!!)

Then another 1 1/2 or so for more photos with us and then we will meet them back up for dinner, but I guess there will still be about an hour in between!!!!

Im just so lost!!!!!

i'm not 100% sure yet. but i'm assuming around 6pm

It did, I found it. Of course the dress I really liked on there takes at least 5 months to ship. Oh well, I just have to keep looking.

Lua --- I think most may enjoy the bar and just relax beform dinner.  I dont think you need to worrry about it too much
