thought i'd chime in on this ... although it's not law I do notice more and more people getting them the past few yers.  I've had mine for 3 winters now and the snow tires, combined with the fact that my car has a standard transmission, makes a HUGE difference.  After driving with them for 3 winters (this is my 4th) I wouldn't ever want to go without. I just feel safer with them.

Nope, I dont have anyones email except my moms and my friends, I just figured I'd wait until the 20th of Jan. and then I'll just start calling people, I'll never understand why its so hard to send one back its got the stamp on it already!

We're giving FI's parents their tickets as Christmas gifts so it is a great gift idea!
