I called them because I only have 10 days until we leave, and they assured me I would have them by next week, even with the cheapest shipping option. I didn't think I would actually be able to order anything online this close to the wedding! Fingers crossed that they even arrive!! I think we might be lucky though since they're a Canadian company...

Hello ladies!

I was reading through the posts and saw that some of you ordered the "Emily" cover-up and weren't totally happy with it.... This is sort of unrelated but I just got my Victorias Secret order today and I absolutely LOVE one of the items that I ordered so I really wanted to recommend it to my fellow April brides in case some of you are still looking for things....at least those of you who still have time to actually order stuff online! I really wanted to buy a nice light dress that I could wear to dinner one night and I came across this one and decided to go with it... It fits so well and looks so cute on... very flattering too! It has a shelf bra built in so you don't even have to wear a bra and it still looks great! Just thought I would provide a mini review:)

Has anyone put together their own guest book that's a photobook from a website like Publisher or VistaPrint?  I have thought about doing it but wanted to get any advise from you ladies.  I don't have a creative bone in my body......so it has to be easy:0

Greys, that's exactly what I did with Mixbook.  Around the time I was researching different photobook companies, they had a deal through Groupon and since they're one of the highest rated photobook makers, I went for it. We used pictures from our childhood, comparing what we looked like at the same ages and then pictures from throughout our relationship (especially cause our engagement shoot was pretty bad).  They have a lot of pre-formatted options and you just drag the pictures in.  Do a quick search for "photobook coupons" on google.  I know picaboo was offering a free one for a bit, but their reviews weren't all the high with regards to quality.  I happened to find another groupon for Shutterfly the other day (also rated very highly for their photobooks) so I'm going to use that one for my BD book for my FI.  If you need inspiration, there are a lot of examples of photobook guestbooks on the mixbook site.

Francine,

Be careful using Shutterfly for your BD book. I had a coupon for a free hard cover book, so I decided to use it to order my BD book. It didn't show up. And of course, they don't track shipments to Canada, so I have no idea if it is just slow arriving or if it got lost or what? They are sending me another one for free, but for all I know there is a book of me posing in lingerie floating around.

I also used snapfish to create our guest book, just a small soft cover one with our engagement shots. It turned out well. I also ended up with two of those since they thought the first one had color issues.

Ever since we got engaged, I've tried to write my name more neatly because I know it's days are numbered. I think the hardest part will be dropping the g at the end.

I've been trying to practice my new signature for months now LMAO!!! my new one won't be easy ;)

Mocha, I've been practicing a little bit too.  My last name will be starting with a Y as oppose to the W it is now (yes, super thrilled that I'm going backwards in the alphabet...I didn't think that was possible!).  I'm going to have a heck of a time with my new last name just because of the Y.  I sign my name so much at work, that it shouldn't take too much time.... I hope!

Francine, I've used Shutterfly for several photo books and I've been very happy with them!
