Everytime we watch the bachelor and a helicopter shows up to take them on a date he gets all jelous, so I think he is going to lose it! They also have a thing where they will drop you off on your own private island for a day with a picnic which I think would be awesome. I am so stoked to have a butler!!!

Um, FABULOUS!!  Great idea!  Everyone needs a Pool Boy;)  Just take your sunscreen for that private island!  Had a friend who did this with her hubby on their honeymoon, they forgot their sunscreen, and 6 hours later, he had blisters on his shaved head.  Not hot for pics.  Ouch.

Hi!  I'm pretty much an April bride stalker.  I was in your shoes 3 years ago so I always stalk the April brides, and it just so happens that I'm photographing two of you... so that means I'm a super stalker!  Sorry about that... but hi, I'm Trisha!

I just wanted to chime in on the Midol thing... yes... it works.  We used it for my sister's wedding.  If you read back way to 2007 when I joined you can probably find posts from me about it actually!  But make sure you only take ONE!  You're not supposed to mix them with alcohol, so take one while you're getting ready and you'll be fine by cocktail hour.

As for green flowers, my bouquets has green hydrangea in them and they were beautiful.  The wedding coordinator said the same thing to me... white is hard to come by, green is super cheap and easy to get.  Just remember that hydrangea wilt VERY quickly, so in a bouquet where they don't have a constant source of water that is something to think about.

Hi April Brides!!  Hope everyone's getting their last minute tasks scratched off your to-do lists. I am kinda just in limbo at work . .. should be working, but checking out the forum instead. ha ha.

I've still got lots to do and we leave in 20 days!!  My goodness!!

Oh Meggers!!

What a fabulous present from your mom!!  One of my friends just spent her honeymoon there and LOVED it!!  I am partial to St. Lucia since we are getting married there, but we'll be at the Southern part of the island.  So ecstatic for you!!

Welcome Trisha:)  I've seen some of your work and you take great pics!  Great advice about the hydrangea wilting....I hadn't even thought of that.  Your post about not mixing the Midol and alcohol reminded me of that scene from Sixteen Candles when the bride takes a muscle relaxant, stumbles down the aisle, pets a guest's hat, etc.  LOL!!
