You can do it girl! Just keep doing what your doing, maybe step up the cardio a bit, and get a little stricter on the food thats what I pretty much need to do, exercise more and get a little more harder on myself with what I eat, I dont eat bad, but I do have an occasional starbucks and if I cut that out I would probably see the scale go down more.

i need to start cracking down on my workouts more... i've been so lazy so far this fall - basically since the time changed.  it's pitch black out when i leave work and have no energy to do anything... that needs to change!!!! i started the 100 pushups challenge a few weeks ago, but didn' t go far past week 1 - oops!  Must start again.
