Can I do a strapless dress with large "ladies"?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have gotten so much other good info here I figured why not ask this too!

I have a rather large chest. 38D/DD to be exact. I need to lose a few pounds but generally have a fairly fit figure. I like some strapless dresses but am worried about the ladies running lose on a rampage without something there to hold them up. If anyone has experience in this realm please tell me more about strapless dresses and how well they might work in my situation if you would...

Thanks for the info!

I had the same worries and concerns since I"m about the same size. What I found is that most strapless dresses are fitting in the chest and abdomen section, that when the dress truly fit me, the "ladies" weren't going anywhere. I'm wearing strapless, and after finding my dress, no longer worry about it. :)

You can totally go strapless. I am a 40E and I am wearing a dress that is a corsett tie in the back. Those are the best cause you can lose weight or gain weight and it will still work. The girls are really held in and no worries of any spillage whatsoever!!!

i am worried about strapless for a different reason. I have broad shoulders and i hope this won't looks bad. I wish i had bigger boobs to disguise my "gymnast" shoulder. But at the same time, i have always wanted strapless and i think if it is what you want then go for it i am sure it will look beautiful on you.

Thanks for the feedback, its very encouraging!

I have fallen in love with the Viera by Maggie and was worried I couldn't pull it off. I do want to find one, or something very similar in person to see how it works, but at least I won't rule it out automatically just because its strapless.
