I am working with the florist (through the resort coordinator) regarding our chuppah. She sent me a few pictures and I picked out the attached version (it is NOT me in the picture LOL). But all of her quotes were $750-850 which seems so expensive.

It is very hard to tell if the quotes are inflated or if there is any way to get a cheaper version.

I got a quote direct from an event design company in Cabo and it was about $300 for a very simple chuppah with white cloth only (no flowers or decorations).

Hi Angela. Thanks! Yeah, they're aqua capiz shell curtains I bought at shopwildthings.com. I think they're real (they feel real & were more $$ than the faux ones I've seen), but I'm not totally sure.

I pretty much save every pic that I come across so I have a few of them to share with you guys. I haven't decided which style that I'm going to use as yet but my brother in law will be the one putting it together for me, then of course it will be the issue of getting it there!
