We thought we found the place- Sheraton in Kaanapali but found their wedding planner, Michelle to be very unresponsive during key stages of planning. To any new brides- she does not get back to you for 2 days to up to a weeks time (via email or phone)!

I think this is pretty standard for DW. They are meant for low-key planning and WC prioritize by wedding date...so the further yours is away the lower priority it gets.

Compared to some other resorts in Mexico...2 days to a week actually sounds like a quick response.

Just to update all the brides... there were actually understandable circumstances that led to the delay in a response time. Sheraton has been good at getting back to us once we've resumed talking.
