Here is the template for the luggage tags I'm including the one I used for the girls since it has the pretty border you can change it afterwards for the guys if you want. If you have the cards made by a print shop it's going to be difficult to get the names on the other side, I've seen others just print the blank form for name and address for you to fill out by hand.

If you send me your personal email I will send you the other quotes that I used there's a lot of them and I have them all on a word document.

The door hanger design is called Elegant Lace I went on the site and they are still shown.
