DR Postage rates

I really would like to include Post Cards with postage paid in my OOT bags.

 

Anyone know where I can find out how much a post card stamp is in DR?

 

Where can I order stamps?

 

USPS allows you to print out pre-paid postage from their site does DR have anything like this??

Im not sure the price, but a lot of girls just include the US first class stamps and ppl send it to you when they return home.

The postage system in the Dominican is really bad...nobody really uses it. When I was living there I decided to try it and sent my parents a post card in November. They received it in April!!!
