Thank you for this posting and it helps clear out any confusion on tipping your TA. I do think that referrals are great and also think that having your people book directly through your TA for your DW also a plus!

Thank you for this!  I was going to go ahead and tip my TA, but I didn't know the correct percentage!  Now I see here that it is not expected, and I don't want to insult her.  I think I am definitely going to refer people to her, but I will absolutely leave a great review, and I will try to send her flowers too (I feel I can't thank her enough).  I hope that the biggest thanks is that we will use our TA in the future, as soon as next year!

I love the idea of sending them flowers.  I wasn't sure what I should get for my TA.  They have been so great and helpful.  Thanks for this advice
