OK Andrea, do you want something simple like this (mind you this was done in literally 5 minutes so the fonts aren't perfect) or do you want something more elaborate?

In addition to that, those would be done on shiny "quartz" paper, and i would round the edges. I would also consider tying a silver organza ribbon around it, just to add that special touch.
