Couch to 5k program

I tried to jump back into week 9 this week after not doing it for a couple of weeks, ouch!

 

I was dying! So, I stuck with it and just walked when I needed to, but I couldn't believe how hard it was after just a couple of weeks, I can't do that again!

I Did W5 D1 today, It was hard! But I pushed through it and got 'er done Full 20 min run by the end of the week YIKES!

kudos to all you ladies working through this!  I started and completed the C25K program this past feb/march and swear by it!!!!  i've since run a 10k and am now starting training for a 1/2 marathon! keep at it!

Is there a program on the Couch to 5k? Can someone point me in this direction?

I have currently hit a plateau but need to lose some more weight so I need something different to try.

Valentine_baby --- I also *highly* recommend you download the podcasts here to help you through the program http://runningintoshape.com/5k-training-downloads/  I couldn't have completed the 9 weeks without them!!!!   good luck!
