Newbie Planning A Wedding at The Royal in Cancun

Hi everyone my name is Kriste and I am planning my wedding for May 6th 2011 at The Royal in Cancun, Mexico. I have chosen The Eternal Romance Package and I am really excited!!!

 

I could use some help though as I have contacted the U.S. office and have run into a staff that doesn't want to really answer questions and won't email the contract for me to see before I give them my deposit. If any brides out there have gotten married at this location or another real resort location I would love any advice you can give me.

My video and photo services however have been forthcoming with this information go figure??
