Jackie Warner is the celebrity trainer in LA that had a show on Bravo TV called Workout. Her weight and Ab workout is kick ass because you feel the burn!! What I love about her Ab exercises is that she uses different moves that don't require the same old fashion crunch. Best of all, you feel the burn and you see results pretty quick. No more basic crunches for me!! LOL

Exactly how I look at it, as long as I'm working out, that's what matters. Yes, it does get easier as you move along. I have definitely seen a difference in my body. I'm slimming down due to the Intense Cardio workout with Insanity and sculpting/toning with Jackie Warner. The best of both worlds :)

Always remember that 80% of your results will come from what u put in your mouth.  When you are considering eating something think to yourself "Is this getting me closer to my goal or is it taking me further from it".  Eat food that is healthy and will fuel ur body.  Treat ur body well by feeding it well.  Don't put to much value in food - just eat to live instead of living to eat.

I have a new found love for exercise and i watch my calories now and what i eat.......(Geez a PBJ sand can be like 400cal..Damn who knew??) Anywayz, have been watching since Jan 3rd and def. that part is the hardest for me.....Food selection....WE LOVE to eat out!!..Thats where my 15 pounds came from i think.....so scary how many calories in one meal, enough for 1 whole day and sometimes MORE.

YES, I AM NOW LIFTING HEAVER, THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE!!

Eating to live......SUX.......i like to Live to EAT...LOL

But I am transforming slowing with my attitude, when presented with like French Fries which I luv, I rethink.......oh geez how where those cooked and what value do they have ??..LOL

Girls, we are doing it......And as long as we dont expect miracles.........its SOOOOOOOO doable.

BTW, what advice to get my lower belly FAT gone???.. My waist is now 21 inches, but my lower belly is stuck (I had twins.....who are 15yrs old now)

I love to eat too. It kills me to count calories. But honestly, losing weight is 90% food and 10% workout. Working out is great for your health and toning your body, but it will do very little for your weight loss goals.

What helps? Reminding myself of my priorities and taking it one step at a time. Kindda like AA :)

When there is that one homemade chocolate chip cookie in front of me and I am dieing to eat it, I tell myself: "It's just one cookie ... Think of how good you want to look in a bikini in Cabo".

Remember: One cookie at a time!

Has anyone tried the Lose It website?  It's awesome.  It sets and tracks goals for you, counts your calorie intake for the day, and also keeps track of all of your workouts.  It graphs your progress, favorite foods, and eating habits.

My FI works out with a guy who recently lost 25 lbs by using it.  According to the site, I will reach my goal weight (-8 lbs) by April 24th if I can follow their calorie guidelines.  It's also an iPhone app, so keeping track on the go is easy.  :)

Loseit.com is an awesome sight. It's basically weight watchers but better and free. It's nice that it tracks how much protein and carbs you intake as well, it's so helpful to see the charts and watch for trends. Thanks for sharing that with everyone!

Cherazi - I tell myself the same thing when I want sweets!

Nemmerz - I feel your pain I had a baby 8 months ago and was back at my pre-pregnancy weight within a week, but my lower belly is the one place that is still a lil chubby and it drives me crazy, it's hard to get and keep a flat stomach. You can be skinny as hell but still have belly fat it sucks ! I do as much core workouts as I can to help with that, leg raises and scissors are good for lower abs too. Our bodies like to store fat in our lower abs and butt so mostly I think dieting (cut out refined sugar and carbs) and general cardio and core strengthening will help get rid of that dreaded lower belly fat. The more muscles you have, the more fat you burn! :)

Yes. LoseIt rocks! The iPhone app is really helping me. The calories are not exact so leave a margin of error. For example, if it gives you a 1400-calories allowance, try and stay below 1300.

Okay ladies!! I know a few weeks ago i was b*tching about no weight loss, well last week it just fell off!!!!!!!   Keep moving I promise you'll see a difference.

Also I read an article about how woman should only weight themselves at the same time every month, because of hour hormonal cycle it fluctuates so much!

Keep up the good work!

43 days till my BIG DAY!
