i'm fallen off the wagon, and clawing my self back on.....

I put an old fat picture of myself in my phone to "help things along" on those days I don't feel like working out. I'm aiming to lose 15lbs over the next 6-9 months.

we can do it ladies!!!

I know how you feel rosieposie.  I am hoping to claw my way back on, I just haven't figured out how to do that.  LOL!!!  It's so easy to fall off the wagon and so hard to get back on, why is that?  Monday is the start of a new week.  Here's hoping I can figure out how to get back on the wagon.

i know! a weekend of BBQs and parties can be a set back, but you're right, Monday's a new week!  cheesy.gif

i'm trying to motivate myself with a reward...there's this dress i've been eyeing but think it's on the pricey side and can't justify getting it for no "real" reason.....SO it makes a guilty splurge, not so guilty!

we'll claw back onto the wagon together!!!    pinkie.gif

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi Ladies,

I had previously mentioned I had joined a boot camp and we had our 4 week assessment last night. If you want to kick start your weight loss and get on track with fitness this is the way to go. in 4 weeks I've lost 8lbs, and various inches everywhere including 2 inches on my butt/hips and for a pear like me this is amazing. I've also become so much stronger and could not do 1 pushup 4 weeks ago and last night on our fitness test I did 11.

I am also following their nutrition guidelines which is no white sugar, no white flour, no processed foods, no soda of any kind and the hardest of all no alcohol. We are allowed one cheat meal a week to have what you want so wine always sneaks it's way in. Our trainer did say that for success it's 80% diet.

Feeling great and starting the next 4 week session again. I highly recommend this if there are any in your area.

I need to vent ladies....I am torn between having weight loss surgery and doing it the natural way! My wedding is in 399 days and I need to lose 60 to 80 pounds. Can I do it? I have lost 30 pounds on my own before, but I am not sure if I can do so much. If you guys know of any weight loss plans that you know work, please share!!!

Mrs JOnes to be: I would go for the diet plan that makes you loose weight slowly but constantly. Search the help of a nutritionist and exercise. You can do it! I wouldn´t go for surgery. Too drastic and I think if your FL proposed to you is because he is in love with you the way you are!! cheer2.gif
