Mixed Info

Ladies, I'm a new poster but I am having my wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos and a little confused. We booked directly through the resort so don't have a TA. I was told by my WC yesterday that the Beautiful Beginnings package doesn't only covers the bride's bouquet and the groom's boutonniere and that it essentially is no more than a couple of orchids for decoration. She told me that the Flutter of Romance package is what most brides are looking for and that it is roses and butterflies. Has anyone booked one and had one of these? I don't know what to choose. Also, was told that the BB package doesn't include wedding programs or table numbers, but that FOR does. Also, anything we bring in from home has a $50/item set up fee. Anyone heard of this?

Also, does anyone know if there are photography packages that include a CD of digital images other than the $1,400 package or the $2,000 package. Was told that this must be booked prior to arrival and that these photogs are different that the resort photogs that are normally lurking around each Sandals/Beaches.

Hey! Congrats on your wedding and picking Beaches-Turks and Caicos. I'm in the middle of planning my wedding there- May 14th is the big day. When is your wedding?

A lot of the Martha Stewart stuff is new and the wedding coordinators are sending mixed info. I would consider waiting a couple weeks until they get everything figured out. They are still working on some of the flower packages and extras.

I'm doing a phone call with Monica (wedding coordinator in Miami) this afternoon and I'll ask your questions to her.

Something to consider that I know Meagan did and I'm doing. We purchased clay flower off of Estys. The flowers are beautiful and look incredible real. They are also 1/3 of the price that they charge you at Beaches and you get to keep them forever!

I know a couple of us are using Tropical Imaging for our day after/trash the dress pictures. I've heard many mixed reviews regarding the photographer at Beaches and well... i want my pictures to be perfect!
