TammyM - I didn't visit the Fiesta Americana but it sounds like you got the info you needed. I have the Sheratons' buffet/dinner menus but I don't know if you would need that since you're having such a small menu/ Send me a PM with your email address if you want me to email it to you!

It is a gorgeous property. It feels very intimate when you're there because it's not one huge building it lots of smaller buildings. For us it was a close second behind the Hilton and the only reason it was behind is because it was a bit more expensive.

The food was very good at that restaurant. I wasn't a huge fan of the other nice restaurant at the Sheraton - I think I just wasn't in the mood for it. Oh - while you're there - there is a Mexican restaurant on the 4th floor of the condo section at the Sheraton that is great for breakfast.

Thus far I only know of Dreams comping 2 nights stay provided that you book a wedding throught there resort. A number of places will discount or offer a free tasting but you myst ask. For our site visit we stayed at our first choice hotel. I'd recommend doing such and not moving from hotel to hotel.

Thanks I'll send you a PM right now with my email address to send those menus to. Were staying at the Sheraton for our site visit but so far we can't come up with a mutual time that we can have a meeting.
