Everyone loved the maracas at the wedding. We got some really fun pictures with them as well. Next time i would just buy them down there though they sell big cute nice ones for a buck and im sure you could negotiate if you bought enough. I love all the Mexico theme stuff for a DW. It just add's to it

We are staying at Dreams Tulum. Does anyone know if there are shops where we could get maracas in Tulum? A little closer then Playa del Carmen. I agree, I think I will wait and get them there!

I'm definitely doing maracas!  I'd love personalized ones, but the cost is just too much for me, so it'll be the standard prints.  Thanks for the tips on where to get them!  Buying them once we're down there sounds a lot better than packing them in my suitcase.

i see you got married at Dreams Tulum recently, Congrats!!!!  Did you end up buying the macras down there?  If so, where and did it work out?

Does anyone know if the maracas from Amols feel like that are authentic or can you tell that they were just made in bulk. If that makes any sense. I just dont want to get there and have these maracas that look nothing like the authentic ones that they have in the shops in Mexico (if they even have them in the shops.)
