Disappointed with Treasured Moments - real touch flowers :(

I have to agree about the leaves! Those are a little annoying. The flower itself doesnt look bad. I guess I have never seen a real one.. so to me they look fine. The color looks a little bright to be real.. but that could have to do with the flash of your camera or something.

 

I really hope that she tries to resolve this with you.

I can't believe the bottoms are exposed- I can see the wire in the middle! eek! I would take them apart, new leaves (try Hobby Lobby or Michaels) Maybe something like the bouquets the Olympic winners have had. The big banana?? leaves or whatever they are called. Fold them like that, rewrap the stems. Either wrap all the way down or dip the ends in some wax or something = ) I think you can save em! Or atleast try if she isnt going to help you!

i think the flowers are nice. but the leaves need to be replaced. it's too fake-looking.

Thanks everyone for your positive and honest comments. I asked her to call me last week and of course she hasn't. And I never got all of her contact information, we only dealt via email. BIG MISTAKE! Always get phone number information.... oh well lesson learned I guess.

 

I'm sending them to another real touch vendor who is kind enough to fix them for me at cost and I like the idea of using the banana leaves like the olympians bouquets. Great idea nicole!

 

I'll be sure to post a re-vitalized bouquet picture when I get them!

If so I would post your review on her WeddingWire page. I have no tolerance for shady people and scammers! It's one thing if she delivers a poor quality product, but to completely blow you off like that and not even make an effort to fix it is not ok by me!!

 

I'm glad you found another florist to fix it, but this just makes me mad. Sorry you have to go through this.

You should post on projectwedding.com also about your experience. That is not right and I can not stand people who don't give a crap! so frustrating!

Hello ladies! I have an update!! I send my bouquets to Debbie at Enchanting Memories and she has been absolutely amazing to deal with AND she fixed my bouquets!! Without further ado here is the updated picture:

 

 

It's hard to see the whole thing but it already looks a million times better than the old leaves! I can't wait to see what my bouquet is going to look like.
