The "refreshed" version is definitely better! I would file a complaint against the original company, and dispute the charges with your cc company. The upside to dealing with them via email is that you have proof of all of the conversations!

thats such a shame, I can imagine getting all excited waiting for them to arrive and then the bitter disapointment of not liking them or being happy with the quality. Ive ordered real touch here in the UK. they have fab pics. I just hope they work out ok....

I just found this thread and read the whole thing! I can't believe what you've gone through, thats terrible!! I'm sooo glad you've posted this because I've been looking at Real Touch flowers and I want to make sure that I don't order from here! Its so hard when you should be able to trust people then they do something like that. The best way to get your point across is word of mouth! I must say that the 'new' bouquet looks FABULOUS!!!
