Captiva is wonderful because there is not too much to do. You have to go to the Muky Duck restaurant the food and atmosphere are great there. Also have to stop at the Bubble Room the food is not amazing but the place is pretty cool in a cheesy way (it's something fun to do). Then head out with your fiance one night for some live music and a few drinks at Key Lime Bistro it's outdoors, fun, and the only thing going on at night. Hope you enjoy the upcoming wedding have fun.
