i'm still trying to figure out how to get them down to jamaica without breaking

These centerpieces are so beautiful I'm just worried about the glass weight/breaking during travel. I see you purchased them at walmart, i know there is a walmart in Cabo, wonder if they carry the vases there....might have to call and find out. Congratulations on you great money saving idea!

I set something like that up too for my inspiration, until I found out how much real orchids were! My WC told me it would be $140 per branch of orchids!!! Holey Moley... I said well we won't be doing that.

 

For those of you who have been toying around with this idea... did you have to weigh the flowers down with anything so that they don't go floating up to the top and bunch up under the candle? or do they just float in the middle like the drowned effect?

Ooh, great question. I'd also like to know the answer. Also, she used fake flowers...I'm assuming much less than $140 per branch and you can't even tell they're not real! Where did you get the flowers from??
