Buy, Sell, Trade section for Canadians?

I wanted to just make a suggestion. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a section of the Buy/Sell forum just for Canadians? Dealing with customs and exchange rates and shipping from the states is a pain sometimes and I just thought if there was a section for Canadians we could more easily find and deal with each other? This is just a suggestion.
