Vows/Ceremony Readings

My fiance and I are starting to plan our civil ceremony. We are getting married on the beach in Mexico. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their unique vows/reading/poems? Maybe something that ties into the setting? We are both very adventurous so I would like something that talks about "sharing the adventure of life together"! Any ideas?

Well, I won't be much help with the vows...we did pretty traditional vows written by our officient. But here is the sonnet we had read at our wedding.
