What to get a mom that has everything?!

My mom is my best friend and has been the most supportive and wonderful person during this whole wedding planning process! I want to get her something REALLY special that shows how much I appreciate her and everything she has done. Problem is... she is the woman who has absolutely everything! Does anyone have any ideas for something that you wouldn't get for yourself??

My daughter gave me a picture frame that had been engraved. I actually walked my daughter down the isle and gave her away. The engraving said "My Walk with Mom" and it also had the date. She gave it to me at the wedding, however, it was for a picture of the two of us walking down the isle. It meant so much to me. Not that your mother will walk you down the isle, but maybe you could think of something special to engrave on a frame and then have a special picture taken of the 2 of you at the wedding that would go in that frame once you get your pictures back.

I'm getting my photographer to make an album of wedding pictures for my parents and FI's Mom. They'll be customized just for them and be a nice keepsake. I'm also going to treat my Mom to something at the spa when we go down there so that we can go together- she'll love that.

We're paying for our parents excursion! its a trip this remote island off the coast of Dominican Republic. So maybe something like that....

What about putting together a photo book of your childhood and growing up with her? Put some beautiful quotes in it about how she's made you the woman that you are today.

 

I truly think something heart felt like that would be the best thing to get someone who means so much to you.

Sweet ideas ladies. I too am on the hunt for the best gift for my super mom. Its so hard to get something that reflects how much I appreciate her! These ideas are a great start.

We are getting our parents a private dinner on the beach and after the wedding a canvas photo of our family (parents, brother, sister in law, my FI and myself.

These are all great ideas. I think even something as simple as a heartfelt, handwritten letter on nice stationery would make a lovely gift. I'm thinking about doing this for my own mother.

hmmmm. I pretty much have the most amazing mom as well, I like the idea of the picture frame, and if it were up to me I would have my mom only walk me down the isle. Hopefully I figure something out soon

Hey, I'm stuck on this too. My parents have done alot with helping out with the wedding. I want to give them something nice.
