Destination Wedding Invitation Acceptance Percentage

We had about 40% rsvp with a yes and about 30% actually book and show up.

we are have a DW and AHR. we invited 170 and we expect about 35-40 people to come to the DW. for the AHR we expect about 100. we'll see what happens though. the AHR only holds 120...haha!

 

i was told to invite more than you expect to come especially if people live all over the place which is the case for us (all over canada, US, and even england!!). estimate about 90% guests if it's local and about 65% if it's out of town.

 

both of our stuff is out of town.

we are expecting 50% as well but who knows. we will see. We want all we invite to come but because of family, work, $, distance..they can't.

 

I you should invite all those that you know you would want to be there... don't try to focus too much on numbers.
