Congratulations! You have got a great headstart. How many guests are you thinking? How far are you willing to travel outside of Cancun?

 

If you have 30-50 guests I'd suggest Le Reve just north of Playa. You can rent out the whole hotel which is on a very private beach and you can negotiate what you need.

 

If you are willing to travel 2 hours outside of Cancun I'd suggest Tulum. I've had people who grew up in Hawaii say that they prefer Tulum beaches. All of the hotels are very small so you will have a very intimate and persoanlized experience.
