Does anyone know of a reputable company for private Catamaran rental in Cancun?

Hi y'all!

 

My FI and I would like to plan a private snorkeling trip for our wedding guests, but don't want to do the typical full day tour. We are thinking more of a half day type thing. Has anyone done this? If so, what vendor did you use?

I am planning to do the same thing for my guests. I sent about 5 emails out to various sailing companies asking for quotes... I can share if you want.

We booked through our resort a few years ago and it was perfect. We had a group of about 30 so it was just our group on the catamaran. We were staying at the Royal Sands and their tour company is called Thomas More Travel Cancun, Mexico My mom booked the trip and I seem to remember she got a deal because we rented out the whole boat. It took us to Isla Mujeres, stopped to snorkel on the way, we had plenty of drinks, lunch on the island, and most of all a great time!
I'm not sure if you can use Thomas More if you aren't staying at one of the Royal Resorts, but it's worth looking into. Also, check with your resort. Many of them have their own tour companies and may offer you a deal for using them rather than an outside source.

Did you end up booking the catamaran!?!?! How was it! We are getting married at the Le Blanc in February and I LOVE this idea! Any advice you can give would be AMAZING! I also noticed you used Elizabeth Medina photography that is our photographer how were the pictures?!?!?
