Where are my Edmonton, AB ladies at?

I had cups sewn in and it was the BEST decision EVER! I have a good strapless bra from VS, but I didn't want to be fussing with a bra AT ALL during the day (especially in the heat), so I had the cups sewn in, and they made the girls look better than they do in the strapless AND it was so much more comfy!! I'd definately recommend the cups if it's an option.

I have got some questions to ask :)

Did any of you wear a strapless bra or going wo wear one under your dress? If so, where did you get it. I don't wear a strapless much and if I do decide to get one I want to get a good one and one that will really perk the ladies up :) I was thinking of going to Victoria Secret?

Another option is to get cups sewn into the dress. Has anyone done this and liked it?

Isn't Brian Napier the best?! After the legal ceremony, I was like, "geez...I almost wish we were getting married here so he could do the ceremony for us." I've already recommended him to some of my friends cheesy.gif

Just got our engagement photos done by Picture That Photography. Impressed with their ideas and way of getting us relaxed. One week and then we can see the pictures! ^_^

Anyone know a good tailor? I have a train to remove and some sleeves to add . . .

Was your photographer's name Susan?  I think she was the photographer for a wedding I was in! She was really nice and the pictures were great!  I used Amsterdam tailor downtown and she did a good job.  She was really honest with me about how pricey it would be to take in the bust(it was covered in beadwork) rather than just doing it and sticking me with a huge bill.   Wonder if you could use your train fabric for your sleeves?! Or maybe have a garter made!!

I bought and had my dress altered at Bridal Debut and my seamstress was Manal - she also has her own business.  She did an amazing job with my dress which she had to take in a lot - it was also a challenging dress to work with.  I am sure you could ask for her at the south store in edmonton and get her own place - likely cheaper!

Hi Ladies! I have a question...do you know of any good places in Edmonton to go tanning? I don't ever go to tan beds, but I think I want to make sure I have a base tan for my wedding! I'm worried about burning!!

I went to Debbie's Bridal fashions and was happy with their work. I got a bussle, the top and waist taken in, a sweetheart cut and the length taken up quite a bit as it was very long and it cost me $400. I thought it was too tight when I went for my final fitting but they told me it would loosen on my wedding day as I wore it and they were right it did so I am very glad they made it tight!

Does anyone have Brian Napier's contact info, I tried going on his site but its not working?

Last year I went tanning for the first time before I went to Mexico.  I went to Planet Beach, and found it to be pretty easy and convenient.  I don't know how it compares for price, but they did a good job showing me around the place and explaining how everything works.
