Newbie: wedding on May 3rd!

I'm getting married on May 3rd at the Melia Las Dunas, in Cuba. I'm trying to figure out what I need to plan in order to have a great wedding day! This is why I joined this forum. I've seen a few posts on weddings at the MLD, so I'll have a lot of reading to do!
