He does charge for hotel and per diem but he is very fair!

Yep, Nate Broshot is his professional name. When I first posted this thread he had not started that yet... but we are talking about the same guy!

Thanks Kat, yes I am trying to figure the cost and compare it to what the resort's photographer would charge but it is a bit difficult because of the different packages the resort has.  We want an hr video as well and I don't think Nate does that. Plus we have not to pay 500 for an external vendor fee too even though we actually started the booking of our wedding and signing of the contract back in Dec 2009. We confirmed this with Rebeca our WC.
