I was planning on wearing some jewelry that had been passed down to me YEARS ago..it was a beautiful set of earings that look like rosebuds, and a gold necklace with a rosebud pendant...BUT I tried it on the other day with my dress, and my dress is WHITE and the jewelry is ivory (actual ivory) so its alittle offwhite and I think it looks slightly odd. My grandmother had offered me her set of pearls (necklace earrings and bracelet) so I think I will wear those as my 'something borrowed'. They were from my grandfather and he passed away 4 years ago so it has special meaning to me. Though I'm really sad about the first set as I have never worn them and wanted to wear it on my wedding day.
