I think you should wait. It might just add to your stress knowing the dress it hanging in a closet & you are keeping it a secret.

Its a hard call. I would be a bit worried that

A. You may change your mind and find something else

B. Get upset if he dosent prospose soon, now that you have the dress

C. Your FHD might get upset

It's a really good price and if its in your budget and you love it I would be tempted to buy it

I say wait. I know you REEEEALLLLLY want this wedding to happen soon, but I think if Lawrence finds out you bought your dress he will flip! Plus you may find a dress you like better later on. I say wait for the engagement before you start dress shopping.

I have to say wait on this one. I know it's so tempting and such a good deal. But I think it's like tempting fate. Planning before being engaged is one thing (I know I totally did it!) but I think buying a dress is on a whole different playing field.
