I too am getting married in PV in Feb 2011 and am from Calgary!!! Yippee!!

We have chosen the Marival for the numerous restaurants, activities and the wedding package is incomparable!!! The Bahia package, includes pics, massages and sunset cruise... plus so much more.

Hope all goes well for you!!

Does anyone have information about flowers/bouquets and rentals and such? I'm worried that if I don't work with a planner I will have so much more work to do, but on the other hand saving a bit more might help us afford a nicer villa for the wedding!
I like her photos..I was going to fly someone out to do my wedding June 2011..Is she expensive?

Hi Vanessa,

Congrats on your Engagement. I was looking into Playa Fiesta but I was a bit confused with the way they handle the quote and booking. I have yet to receive a response, so I will continue to wait but I am just so anxious. I read in a different post that they give a discount of $40 a night or so if you book the hotel a year in advance. Is this the case? If so, how much do they charge a night and how do they go about "Blocking rooms" and what does it include? Sorry for all the questions, just curious. Thanks and Happy Planning :)
