Newbie Trying to pick a resort in Mexico

Hi Everyone,

My name is Brooke I'm in the process of planning our wedding in Mexico. Hopefully getting married November 20th, 2010. We are trying to pick a resort right now either Dreams Riviera Cancun or Nh Riviera Cancun.

I have been to Dreams and loved it... saw some beautiful weddings during our stay, but I have not been to NH. I did see pics and read through some great reviews....so I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Just an idea... you might want to start contacting the wedding coordinators at each resort to request pricing and pictures of past events to give you a good idea what to expect. Of course go through the various threads on the forum, but you can also check out websites like trip adviser for reviews and pictures.

I’m living in Mayan Riviera. In my opinion, I love Dreams Tulum because it is located in a wilder area, near from Tulum Maya ruins. Nh Riviera Cancun is downtown . I shot a wedding there. One good point for this resort: they have a nice gazebo
